Minister of the Polish Government in Exile during II World War (1939-1943).
He has announced to the World, as the first Head of Government, the fact of
Holocaust in a speech broadcasted by the BBC on 9 June, 1942, based on reports
arriving from the Polish Resistance (AK) from the Nazi occupied Poland. His
Government has issued a diplomatic note on 10 December, 1942, describing Nazi
crimes and plans of Holocaust, which prompted Allied declaration of 17 December,
NB. Species was recognized and mentioned by Logunov D.V., Rakov. S.Y. 1998.
Miscellaneous notes on Middle Asian jumping spiders (Aranei Salticidae)
(in Artropoda Selecta, 7(2): 124 from Turkmenistan. - the Authors abstained
from description of the species in order to allow J. Proszynski to publish
the delayed earlier description - a rare example of friendship and loyalty.
